Formula, please!
The estimated completion time for a particular 100 item test is 3 1/3 hours. Ten applicants actually took the test and completed it in 3 hours. What is the difference between the actual and estimated rate of completion per item?

The difference between estimated and actual times for 100 items is 1/3 of an hour (or 20 minutes).
To find the difference for 1 item, divide that by 100. 20÷100 = 1/5 of a minute, which is 12 seconds.
Why did the vector cross the road?
