Antoher Repersentation of (r, theta)

My book really isn't clear on how to do this one:

Find another repersentation, (r, θ ), for the point under the given conditions.
                                            (4,pi/4)r>0 and-2pi<θ <0

So are you saying (4, pi/4) is the point and r > 0, -2pi < θ < 0 are the conditions?

A rotation of 2pi will give you the same point, so you could simply go

(4, pi/4 - 2pi) = (4, -7pi/4)
