vector normal
I'm trying to solve the following function using Stokes' theorem, however i have got stuck finding out the surface normal vector
(A,I,J,K are vector constants)where the curve is defined by
z=h
can anyone show me a method of finding out the vector normal please????

Are I, J, and K all perpendicular?
So x and y are bounded by a circular motion between them?
z is h, is h a constant?
And is A determined by the right side of the equation; I don't understand?
