Well, considering that maths isn't my strong point, and that I'm under 13...
I can't quite figure out this sum, anyone got any tips?
The following sum needs one + sign and two - sign to be inserted to make it correct.
Put in the three signs:
1 2 3 + 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 = 22
Note: don't give the answer!

I'm not sure how best to give hints on this, since I found the answer just by trying stuff until I got it, but I'll give it a go.
I don't think I can say much more without outright giving it away.
The hints get progressively more explicit, so go as far as you need to.
Why did the vector cross the road?
