possible number sequence - Help please

Would anyone take a look at this please. It is a possible sequence that may mean something(but we don't know what) This is in time of seconds

22 1 1 33 2 223 2 223 2 223 2 223 1 1 2 223 230

Why are all the digits 3 or less?

Can you give us more clues ... what is being timed?

It seems that there are several "bands" low (around 1), medium (around 20) and high (around 220). Maybe three things can happen, and they add up.

It is a light that moves. The numbers are the times the light is turned on, the time between on and off and how long it stays on.
