find the equation of the line that passes through (2,2) and is perpendicular to the line
3y - 2x - 18  = 0

Firstly, you could plot the graph yourself, which would help greatly.

Also, remember y=mx+c.

x = 2 ... y = 2
perpendicular which means m1 * m2 = - 1
m1 =  2 / 3
m2 = - 3 / 2

y - y1 = m ( x - x1 )
y - 2 = -3 / 2 ( x - 2 )
y - 2 = - 3 / 2 x + 3
3 x + 2 y - 10 = 0

i did it quickly maybe wrong answer but right way
