Find Angle A if three times its complement equals 150degrees .

An angle plus its complement is always equal to 90.   In this case, 3 times the complement is 150 degrees, so the complement is 50 degrees.  50 + A = 90, therefore  A = 40.

Well, seeing as complementary angles add up to 90 degrees and you have three times one of the angles, you can draw these algebraic conclusions:
